Technology helps us search better, map markets faster and organise information more clearly. We use AI supported tools and talent intelligence to improve sourcing, market mapping and skills based search.
We do not use technology to replace human judgement.
Every shortlist is reviewed by a consultant. Candidate suitability, client fit, salary context, availability, right to work position and market reality are considered before a profile is submitted.

Permanent recruitment is for clients who need long term hires, from specialist professionals to senior managers and leadership appointments.
We support clients who want a focused shortlist rather than a long list of CVs. We take time to understand the role, reporting line, culture, salary range, location, market and reason the hire matters.
This service is often used when a business needs to replace a key person, build a team, enter a market or hire skills that are difficult to find through advertising alone.
Usually delivered on an agreed success fee or agreed search model, depending on the role and brief.
Contract, interim and temporary recruitment is for clients who need people quickly, often for a project, maternity cover, peak workload, transformation programme or urgent operational requirement.
We support short term and medium term hiring where speed matters, but suitability and compliance still need proper attention.
Delivered through day rate, fixed term, temporary or interim hiring models, subject to the agreed client requirement and legal framework.
Executive search is for senior, confidential or business critical roles where advertising and standard recruitment are unlikely to be enough.
We work with clients who need discreet access to leadership talent, often where the right person is not actively looking. This may include board level, senior leadership, country lead, regional lead or senior functional appointments.
Executive search requires judgement, discretion and careful representation of the client brand. The first conversation is often more important than the first CV.
Usually delivered on a retained or exclusive basis because the work requires structured research, confidentiality and senior consultant time.
Recruitment Process Outsourcing, often called RPO, is for clients who need structured hiring support across multiple roles or a defined hiring programme.
RPO can be useful when a business is growing quickly, opening a new location, managing high volume hiring or improving an internal recruitment process.
It does not have to mean a large permanent outsourcing arrangement. It can be project based, embedded for a defined period or designed around one business unit, sector or location.
Usually delivered through an agreed project fee, monthly fee or embedded delivery model.
MSP and contingent workforce support helps clients manage contractors, interim workers, temporary staff and supplier activity with better control.
It is useful where contractor use has grown quickly, where several hiring managers are engaging suppliers in different ways, or where HR and procurement need clearer governance.
Delivered as a light governance model or a more structured programme, depending on the client need.
Employer of Record, payroll and workforce support is for clients who need to engage people in a compliant and practical way, often where they do not yet have a local entity or internal infrastructure.
This can support international hiring, project based work, contractor engagement, temporary employment or market entry.
EOR and payroll work must be handled carefully. The correct model depends on the country, role, worker status, employment law, tax position, client control and the nature of the assignment.
Delivered through an agreed workforce support, payroll or EOR arrangement. Specialist legal, tax or immigration advice may be required in some cases.
Global mobility and visa support is for clients who need to move talent across borders or hire people into a market where immigration, right to work or relocation needs to be considered.
This service is often used when a client needs specialist skills in a particular country, a senior hire relocating, project staff moving between regions, or support with international placement administration.
Delivered as part of a recruitment, EOR, payroll or international placement engagement.
We do not present ourselves as an immigration law firm. Where formal legal advice is needed, we work with the client, candidate or approved specialist adviser as appropriate.
HR consulting is for clients who need practical support around people, process and workforce planning.
This may sit alongside recruitment or it may be a separate engagement. It is often used when a business is restructuring, growing, entering a new market, reviewing policies, improving workforce planning or managing change.
Outplacement and career transition support may also form part of this work where a client is managing change with care and proper communication.
Delivered as a project, retained advisory arrangement or defined scope of work.

Some engagements are delivered directly by our senior team. Others may involve trusted partners, local support or specialist advisers where the market requires it.
