JobNJob Ltd is committed to conducting its business ethically, with integrity, and in compliance with all applicable laws. We fully support the objectives of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and are dedicated to ensuring that slavery and human trafficking are not present in any part of our business or supply chain.
Our Business
JobNJob Ltd is a UK-registered recruitment and workforce-solutions company specializing in technology, financial services, and consulting sectors. Our activities center on professional staffing, workforce augmentation, and AI-enabled recruitment support. We operate from our UK headquarters with delivery capabilities across other regions through controlled affiliates and partners.
Our Supply Chain
Our supply chain is limited to professional-service providers, including IT platforms, background-verification agencies, training providers, and compliance consultants. We do not operate in sectors with high modern-slavery risk such as manufacturing or agriculture.
Nevertheless, we maintain controls to ensure ethical sourcing and transparent labour practices.

To prevent any form of modern slavery, JobNJob Ltd has adopted and enforces the following internal policies and frameworks:

- Ethical Recruitment Policy – prohibits worker fees, coercion, or discrimination.
- Whistleblowing Policy – enables confidential reporting of unethical or unlawful practices.
- Due Diligence Procedure – includes pre-contract screening of suppliers and verification of their labour-practice declarations.
Risk Assessment and Due Diligence
Each new supplier undergoes risk evaluation using factors such as:
- Country of operation and industry risk
- Labour-rights records
- Availability of third-party certifications (e.g., SEDEX or ISO standards)
Where risk is elevated, enhanced vetting and contractual undertakings are required before onboarding.

- Ethical recruitment standards
- Fair pay and working-conditions requirements
- Recognition and escalation of potential modern-slavery indicators
Measuring Effectiveness
We monitor effectiveness through:
- 100% of suppliers agree to JobNJob’s Supplier Code of Conduct
- Zero tolerance and zero incidents policy on slavery or human trafficking
- Annual policy review and external audit readiness
